Brix Mango Rum has been crafted with our Sydney Aged Rum, infused with fresh Australian Kensington Pride mangoes sourced at the height of their season.
In our pursuit of creating new & exciting styles for the Australian Rum category, we have committed ourselves to utilising local ingredients that portray typically Australian flavours, so what better way than to pair fresh mangoes with our Australian Rum!
Brix Mango Rum is first matured in Australian red wine casks before being patiently infused with fresh & juicy tropical mango, creating a bold & intense profile with delicate sweetness & aromas of vanilla, honey and peach.
Perfect as a sipper or in any light & fresh cocktail.

WHAT MAKES OUR MANGO RUM SPECIAL?
We only use the best quality ingredients; we start with our high quality rum aged in Australian red wine casks as the base which is then infused with hundreds of kilograms of fresh Kensington Pride Mangoes when they are super ripe and in season to create a juicy natural mango flavour as opposed to imitation flavours or essences.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR CREATING MANGO?
We source our mangoes at the peak of their season, remove the seeds and skin by hand and then steep them directly into our carefully selected rum to infuse for 3 months. We then filter out the mango solids and add a little cane sugar to balance the acidity and enhance the mango flavour before adding water to dilute the rum down to
drinking strength at 40% ABV.
WHY DOES MANGO WORK WELL IN A COCKTAIL?
It has real Mango flavour, rum forward with good body and not overly sweet which allows you to create a twist on any classic rum cocktail, or put a mango twist on any tiki drinks.

Reinvent a classic G&T with a Brix Mango Rum twist. The juicy, fresh mango flavour pairs perfectly with the effervescence of Fever-Tree's delicate, floral tonic water.
INGREDIENTS
45ML BRIX MANGO RUM
100ML FEVER-TREE MEDITERRANEAN TONIC WATER
FRESH LIME WEDGES
METHOD
1) Add Brix Mango Rum to a highball glass with ice
2) Stir gently to chill
3) Squeeze in the juice from a lime wedge
4) Top with Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water
5) Garnish with a lime slice

Smooth, with a tropical blend of fresh mango and lime for a perfect balance of natural sweetness & sublime citrus.
INGREDIENTS
45ML BRIX MANGO RUM
15ML FRESH LIME
10ML SIMPLE SYRUP
FRESH OR DEHYDRATED LIME WHEEL
METHOD
1) Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
2) Shake hard until the shaker becomes ice cold
3) Double strain into a coupe glass
4) Garnish with a fresh or dehydrated lime

INGREDIENTS
30ML BRIX MANGO RUM
40ML MANGO PUREE
20ML PROSECCO
45ML SODA WATER
METHOD
1) Add Brix Mango Rum & mango puree to a wine glass
2) Fill the glass with ice
3) Slowly stir to chill
4) Top with prosecco & soda
4) Garnish with pineapple fronds
