Brix x Bourke Street Bakery Spiced Rum Butter

A collaboration of two neighbouring businesses, Bourke Street Bakery and Brix Distillers, working together to combine their passion for flavour into a delicious Australian Rum Butter. 

It all starts with Brix Spiced Rum, matured in locally sourced wine barrels and infused with vanilla, grapefruit, mango, cinnamon, macadamias, and native lemongrass. This blend is then folded into CopperTree Farms Australian Butter and icing sugar, whipped to perfection and piped into jars.
