Matured in Brokenwood Wine’s acclaimed Graveyard Shiraz Cask, an award-winning wine harvest from the Duck’s block in their Hunter Valley Vineyard. This cask was one of the first barrels filled by Brix in January 2019, shortly after opening the Distillery. The combination of French Oak and quality wine has allowed the Rum to develop bold, alluring notes of black cherry, licorice, cocoa, honey, rose petals, and a touch of candied orange. Select Cask #005 promises an extraordinary sensory experience, unlike any Brix Rum before.
