Brix x Rum Tribe Select Cask Series, Double IPA Finish

In exclusive collaboration with Rum Tribe, we created Brix Select Cask Series, Double IPA Finish. This release has been aged for 3.5 years in an ex-shiraz cask and finished for 2 months in double IPA barrels from Stockade Brewing before being bottled at cask strength. This limited collaboration bottle boast an ABV of 58.5%.

Tasting notes: Herbal, pine, tarragon, Szechuan pepper, honey, stonefruit, peach
