Sydney Military Officers' Spring Ball Rum

This specially crafted Sydney aged Australian Rum has been created in collaboration with the Victoria Barracks Officers' Mess to commemorate the Sydney Military Officers' Spring Ball 2024.

 

This special label Rum spent 2 years maturing in 220LT French oak casks previously housing Australian Shiraz.

 

 

 

Aroma: Caramel, toffee, vanilla, red cherries, peaches, apricots, candied orange peel

 

Palate: Brown sugar, butter pastry, shortbread biscuits, allspice, soft oak

 

ABV - 40%
